Disciples: Domination is full of intriguing puzzles. While some are quite straight forward, some are not. If you are like me you might be struggling a little bit with the puzzle to open the throne room in the “Into The Belly of the Beast” quest. If you are you are in the right place as we are going to get you that solution!
The Still Court
Into The Belly of the Beast is a pretty straight forward quest for the first half of it. You will have to talk to Aldryn before making a decision in Yllian on what you should do. Depending on that decision you will have a battle. After that battle you will be able to enter the Still Court.
Progressing through the Still Court to get to the throne room will require you to flip a few switches and go through some portals to find the next switch. Just follow the path and you will get to where you need to go which is the throne room. The throne room will be locked by two puzzles, one of which is quite simple, and one of which is definitely not.
The Left Puzzle
If you head to the left of the throne room gate you will come to the first puzzle. You would have seen this puzzle on your way down and it is quite simple. There are 4 pressure plates on the ground with symbols on them that match the symbols up on the wall above. All you need to do is step on the plates on the floor in the order you see them on the wall and you will light the first fire pit.
While the symbols on the ground are upside down you should have little difficulty seeing which one is correct. But incase you are the solution from left to right is 3, 2, 4, 1.

The Right Puzzle
With the first fire pit lit you can now head back and this time head to the right side to find the second puzzle. This puzzle is much trickier as it involves solving a riddle and turning 6 different statues to face the right way. You will read the lectern to see what the riddle is. The riddle says:
“The two elves wished not to converse with the unshakeable Death, sealing the fate of their dear friend. What she thought was a strange gift turned out to be a warning of what was to come, for the eight-legged creature creeping behind her would show her no mercy.”

The elves and their friend are on the left side of the fire pit, and “she” is on the right side with the spider and the headless being who is handing out a gift. The right side was actually fairly simple to put together. Have the woman (middle statue) face the headless statue holding out its skull with the spider facing the woman as if it was going to attack her.
The elves on the other hand were a bit trickier to figure out. You will want the far left elf to be facing the entrance with the elf closest to the fire pit facing the fire pit. The skull statue in the middle should be facing out towards the middle of the room. So the proper solution for this from left to right is:
- Elf facing the left towards the entrance
- Skull facing the middle of the room
- Elf facing the fire put
- Spider turned away from the fire pit, looking at woman
- Woman looking away from spider to the headless being
- Headless being facing the woman, handing her the skull its holding

And with that, the second fire pit should light up and the door to the throne room will be open. This was certainly the most difficult puzzle to figure out up to this point in the game, so hopefully this solution helped.
