ProbablyMonsters, the dev behind last year’s roguelike Storm Lancers has announced their new game. Nekome: Nazi Hunter is pretty self explanatory. The game sees you play as a man named Vano, who goes on a warpath to hunt down Nazis.
From what’s being described, the game mixes both stealth and action games as Vano scouts out his enemy’s routes for ambushes, and also engage in brutal close quarters combat with them. If the reveal trailer is anything to go by, and given that the game is inspired by grind house style films, the level of violence should be quite high.

Given it’s violent premise and what the gameplay sounds like so far, it almost sounds like the game could be something of Sifu mixed with Manhunt. Sifu is one of the best action games in the last few years and Manhunt still remains fondly remembered, albeit controversial by gamers. If a mix of something like those two can be pulled off then Nekome: Nazi Hunter could be a little surprise hit.
