Xbox has already delivered a substantial number of new additions to Xbox Game Pass earlier this month, but it appears that Xbox is looking to maintain the momentum with a second wave of games being added to the service over the next few weeks.
In fact, due to the announcement being made via Xbox Wire earlier this week on January 20th, some of these new additions are already available to download and play right now. So let’s not waste any more good gaming time and check out the new additions coming to Xbox Game Pass in January and early February!

These most recent additions carry us through into next month, and what a selection to close out January 2026! We’ve got big hitters like Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II and Death Stranding Director’s Cut, Indie darlings like The Talos Principle 2 and Indika, and even classic entries like Final Fantasy II. It is also great to see nearly all of these additions being available across Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and PC Game Pass, with only MySims: Cozy Bundle skipping the Premium tier. Also, while Drop Duchy is already out on PC, it is launching across consoles on January 26th, so technically it is a Day One launch on Xbox Game Pass!
It’s a real smorgasbord of genres, and hopefully, there are a few titles that you haven’t had the chance to try out until now. Remember, for all your Xbox Game Pass updates, be sure to check back here at the GSC to learn what games are joining and leaving Xbox’s subscription services.
