It’s been a rocky road for Highguard since its reveal at The Game Awards 2025. Being the ‘one last thing’ for an unknown multiplayer shooter was a brave choice, particularly when Geoff Keighley announced it was being made by former Titanfall developers. And gamers really do want Titanfall 3.
Since the reveal, the studio has been silent without so much as a tweet to build hype for the game. It seems the radio silence is intentional and its likely the developers just want to put out a good game now, for a playerbase to grow organically.
The silence has led many to think the game was being delayed, though the official website and Steam page still list the game as coming out on 26 January 2026. It seems that may now actually be happening as the Highguard trophy list has been revealed.
Highguard Trophy List
Including the Platinum, there are 33 trophies to be earned in Highguard. And it is a really fun and creative list, encouraging players to try multiple character types and undertake creative gameplay actions. Thankfully, there doesn’t seem to be much grinding required which can been common in free-to-play shooter achievement / trophy lists.

Highguard is scheduled to release on 26 January 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
