MIO: Memories In Orbit is a visually stunning metroidvania that has been on the GSC radar for quite some time, and now the game is releasing in just over a week! With an art direction that stands out amongst the crowd, fluid animations, and a world begging to be explored, we decided to check out MIO: Memories In Orbit’s trophy list to prepare and try to quell our hype!
Developed by French Indie studio Douze Dixièmes and published by Focue Entertainment, MIO: Mémoires In Orbit has players take on the role of the titular MIO, a nimble android that has awoken on the Vessel, a spaceship drifting aimlessly in the cold void of space. Explore the sprawling, labyrinthine ship to uncover MIO’s memories, as well as uncover what led to the Vessel being forgotten by its AI caretakers and becoming a hive of deranged machines.
The MIO: Memories In Orbit trophy list, which can be found on TrueTrophies, has 40 trophies to unlock, consisting of 24 Bronze, 11 Silver, 4 Gold, and the illustrious Platinum trophy. There are a handful of secret trophies, so we have hidden those behind spoiler tags so players can peruse in peace. But if you want to take a peek, we won’t stop you!

MIO’s list seems to be a healthy blend of challenges, covering combat, exploration, side objectives, defeating bosses, and progressing through the game’s story. There are definitely a couple that sound like they may take some time, like Fully Upgraded, Fully Modded, Fully Shielded, and Modifier Overload, but we won’t know for sure until we get our hands on the game.
We also love the collection of trophies tied to helping named NPCs you’ll find as you traverse the Vessel, like The Eye, The Blood, and The Breath, to name a few. Oh, and The Pie trophy is currently leading the GSC poll for “best trophy/achievement name in 2026”! (Totally not made up)
MIO: Memories In Orbit releases on January 20th, 2026, across PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 1 & 2, and will be a day one release on Xbox Game Pass.
