Kenshiro Teased For Fatal Fury: City Of The Wolves

Fatal Fury is continuing adding a line up of iconic guest characters and the next one is a bombshell to say the least. After Ken Masters and Chun li, two icons from Street Fighter, it was announced that Kenshiro will be apart of the season 2 line up of DLC for the game.

For those unaware Kenshiro is the protagonist of Fist Of The North Star, one of the most influential anime in history. Kenshiro fits in with the Fatal Fury aesthetic quite well but a character that popular being added definitely wasn’t something expected.

No word on how he’ll play or when he’ll release as only a quick tease was shown. It’ll be interesting to see how he actually plays as well since Fist Of The North Star is known for being an exceptionally bloody and violent anime where characters heads explode regularly.

Season 2 of Fatal Fury: City of The Wolves is set to begin on January 26th so perhaps we’ll get more information on him and the potential other characters then. It’s also possible that it’s not Kenshiro being added to Fatal Fury and something along the lines of a new Fighter based on Fist of the North Star, though that’s unlikely since SNK is already known to be working on a new art of fighting.

When reviewing any game I try to keep my mind open and avoid nitpicking too much. It takes a lot for something to detract me from truly enjoying it so I may not focus on smaller details the way some others might do. I enjoy almost any genre, just don't ask me to play horror games or puzzle games.
