Tailside: Cozy Cafe Sim Release Date Announced

Coffee Beans Dev announced the early access release date for Tailside: Cozy Cafe Sim. As someone who has been watching the game’s updated progress and enjoying the demo, this is a game I am really excited for.

In Tailside: Cozy Cafe Sim, master the art of coffee-making as you run your very own cafe. Keep up with the happenings in the daily paper. Personalize your cafe, and make it your own. With hundreds of items, the options are endless. As you progress, unlock new recipes, NPC, and decor.

Coffee Beans Dev has also announced items that will be available in the early access version, that currently aren’t available in the demo including a skill tree, more recipes, sandbox mode and more.

Key Features

  • Progress Without Pressure: This is a wholesome sim, not a tycoon title and the gameplay is designed to be stress-free. Those who prefer to play without levels and objectives can also enjoy the Sandbox mode, which is more decor-focused.
  • That’s That Me Espresso: Brew coffees made with different flavors and strengths, create latte art, and unlock even more coffee varieties as you progress through levels!
  • Fully Customizable: Design multiple areas in your cafe, with a bedroom and a terrace, as you choose from hundreds of decor items. Import custom characters too for even more personalization!

Tailside: Cozy Cafe Sim is set to release on Steam for PC January 21st, 2026. Perfect time to hunker down with your own cup of coffee and dive in.
