Bounty Star, developed by DINOGOD and published by Annapurna Interactive is latest mech shooter to hit the market. With a combination of melee and third-person shooting game play and the ability to upgrade your mech as well as some basic base building, there’s a lot to do in Bounty Star. This guide will help you earn the “Speleologist” achievement/trophy so lets get into it!
Obtaining The Cavern Maker
The first thing we need to do is obtain the Cavern Maker weapon. You will need to find the blueprint for it out during a bounty.
I’m not entirely sure if it’s random or if it will always be in the same place, but for me I found it in the Skytown map. Head to the very top of this area and you will find a crate tucked in the back area. Inside was the blueprint.
Like I said maybe you find the elsewhere or it eventually becomes available to put gas at the terminal, but that’s where I found it.
Crafting & Unlocking Achievement
With the blueprint in hand you can now head to the workbench and craft your Cavern Maker.
Now the easiest way to get the Speleologist achievement is to find a mission with a lot of bandits. Any bounty at the Meek’s Arch baseball field would be a good choice, but any will do.
Equip the Cavern Maker and head out to the bounty. Try and ignore the bandits and take care of all the other enemies. Then simply round up the bandits as best you can and fire off a cavern maker shot in the middle of the bandits and you should kill 4 in one shot.
