10 years after fans took their first steps out of Vault 111, the last mainline entry in the Fallout series is returning later this year with the Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition.
Announced earlier today alongside a first look at the Burning Springs expansion for Fallout 76 via the official Bethesda website, the Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition was first announced to be released digitally across PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on November 10th, 2025. In a separate post made on social media platforms, Bethesda revealed that it would also be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.

The Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition will include the base game and the six official add-ons: Automatron, Far Harbor, Nuka-World, and the Workshop expansions. “Whether you’re building settlements, battling robots, or exploring the mysteries of the Commonwealth, every adventure is here.”
Along with all original content for the game, fans can enjoy over 150 pieces of Creation Club content, ranging from new weapons to new breeds for one of the best dog companions in video games, Dogmeat. The devs are looking to integrate the Creation Club content with a new menu system, “making it easier than ever to discover, download, and enjoy content from professional developers and passionate enthusiasts alike.”
We are currently in the middle of Fallout fever, with the second season of the Fallout TV series starting on December 15th, which has led to more interest in the video games. Let’s just hope that Bethesda doesn’t fumble the (canvas) bag with this one!
Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition arrives on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on November 10th, 2025. A Nintendo Switch 2 release is scheduled for 2026.
