Yooka-Replaylee – Galleon Galaxy Quills Guide

Yooka-Replaylee is bursting at the seams with collectibles scattered about its numerous worlds, like any good 3D platformer collectathon should have. While the game does a great job of tracking what you have found, it’s not always easy to track them down in the first place. From Pagies to Play Coins, we are here to help you find them all! So, here is our Yooka-Replaylee Galleon Galaxy Quills Guide.

Check out our Yooka-Replaylee Review for our full thoughts on the game.

Galleon Galaxy Quills Guide

There are a total of 150 Green Quills to find across the fifth and final Grand Tome world you visit, Galleon Galaxy. They are often grouped in threes or fours and are usually out in the open. Keep your eyes peeled and check all the nooks and crannies to find them all.

Or use this list to help you find any you may be missing!

3 Quills (3/150)

From the start of the level, turn around to see a path of floating rocks and tongue hookshot points leading up to the top of a tall rock. Platform up to the top and find a ledge just below that has the first three Quills waiting on it.

3 Quills (6/150)

Behind Vendi and some rocks are three more Quills to grab.

4 Quills (10/150)

Near where Trowzer the snake is standing is a round, green, glowing growth that you can bounce on. Above it are four Quills floating in the air.

3 Quills (13/150)

Run to the wooden pier leading to the rest of the level, grab the vapor out of the chest so you can fly, and follow the coin hoops the Coinelius makes when you smash it.

As you cross the water to the next island, you should see the next trio of Quills on a ledge ahead of you. Jump on the green growth to reach them.

3 Quills (16/150)

Roll up the slope to the right to reach the tower at the top. Enter the transparent tower and grab the vapor in the chest so you can fly up through it. Look out for three Quills that are behind a stack of wooden crates you can smash through.

4 Quills (20/150)

Continue to the top of the tower to find four Quills hanging out with the Mollycool for Galleon Galaxy! Grab them all, as you’ll need to use Dr. Puzz’s D.N.Ray machine to reach other Quills and more.

3 Quills (23/150)

Descend back to grab the vapor in the chest near the entrance to the tower and fly up to the top of it to find three Quills floating above it.

4 Quills (27/150)

Return to the bottom of the island and go to the left side this time. Look behind the round platform to find a further four Quills ready to be collected.

4 Quills (31/150)

Jump up onto the round platform and onto the higher part of the island. Head to the right, and when you drop down, look to your right to see a cave with four Quills just passed it.

4 Quills (35/150)

Cross over to the island with the large podium on it and look for these four Quills tucked away down by the water’s edge.

4 Quills (39/150)

On one of the small islands near the last batch of Quills is the next quartet of Quills to grab.

4 Quills (43/150)

Looking at the small islands with the podium at your back, go to your right and cross the floating rocks with the tongue hookshot points. Go towards the entrance of the large domed structure to find four Quills in front of it.

4 Quills (47/150)

Head back across the floating rocks and over to the tower island. Jump/glide to the platform on the other side of the island to find Dr. Puzz and her D.N.Ray machine.

Run along the left path towards the barrier with the snowflake button and look behind the boxes to find four Quills.

4 Quills (51/150)

Time for some sailing! Jump on the D.N.Ray platform and transform yourself into a ship. Sail towards the barrier and shoot your ice shot at the snowflake button to lower it.

Go towards the second barrier in front of you and lower it to find an enclosed challenge. Sail to the back of the route to find four Quills.

4 Quills (55/150)

Go back towards the island with the tower on it. At the back of the island is a wooden pier with four Quills underneath it.

4 Quills (59/150)

Sail through or around the small islands near the podium we saw earlier, and look for another barrier with a snowflake button blocking another enclosed area. Shoot your ice shot at the button to lower the barrier.

In this enclosed area is a molten rock on the right side of a beach. Blow it up to reveal four Quills.

4 Quills (63/150)

Return to where Dr. Puzz is and go to the island to the right of the first enclosed area you opened earlier (it looks like a skull and crossbones on the map). Look for a Mark fast travel point in the middle of the “crossbones”, then look passed them to see Rextro and his arcade machine. On top of the cabinet are four more Quills.

3 Quills (66/150)

Go back to the Mark fast travel point and go down the stretch of land to the left of it to find three Quills at the end.

3 Quills (69/150)

The next trio of Quills is found near the last three we found, across the water on the “skull” part of the island. They are on the roof of the small shed.

3 Quills (72/150)

Go up the slope on the left side of the island to find Lady Leapsalot. Behind her are three more Quills.

4 Quills (76/150)

Drop back down to the lower area of the island and look in the pond by Sir Scoffsalot to find these four Quills.

3 Quills (79/150)

At the side of the enclosed area full of grass with Sir Shootsalot in its centre are three Quills perched on a small piece of land.

4 Quills (83/150)

This set of four Quills is found inside the treasure cave that Shovel Knight is standing at the locked entrance to. You need to get the four keys that the four Knights of Hamelot have stolen.

Spin Dash Sir Scoffsalot in the stomach to make him drop his key, and sneak up on Sir Shootsalot from behind without him seeing or hearing you to get a second key.

Use Yooka’s Camouflage to sneak up to Lady Lootsalot to grab the key in front of her in the shed, and get the final key from Lady Leapsalot at the top of the hill by spraying her with water using the Water Plant found in a chest near the start of the slope.

Once you have all four keys, you can enter the treasure cave to find the four Quills in the water.

4 Quills (87/150)

Now it’s time to visit the pirate ship you probably saw while exploring Galleon Galaxy (it’s behind the island with the tower in the direction the little wooden pier is pointing).

Go inside the door on the main deck and grab the two pairs of Quills on either side of the captain’s table.

4 Quills (91/150)

Head back out onto the main deck and jump up to the deck with the wooden crate on it. Smash the crate to reveal an air vent and ride it up to the rear of the ship to find these four Quills.

4 Quills (95/150)

Turn around to face the ship’s mast and ride the air vent higher up to find four more Quills in the ship’s crow’s nest.

4 Quills (99/150)

Jump across the floating rocks at the back of the pirate ship to reach another island with a big robot on it. Just to the left of where the Mark fast travel point are four Quills near the water.

3 Quills (102/150)

Go up the natural steps next to the Mark fast travel point and grab the three Quills against the wall.

3 Quills (105/150)

Go to the right of the Mark fast travel point and under the robot’s legs. Check behind a clump of rocks near the water on the right to find three more Quills.

3 Quills (108/150)

Opposite the clump of rocks where the previous Quills were hidden is a set of natural stairs. Go up these and destroy the stacked wooden crates on the other side of this little area to find a secret path down to where Kartos the minecart can be found. Next to our minecart companion are three Quills.

3 Quills (111/150)

Go back up to the area where you smashed the wooden crates and jump up the green growths to reach the robot. Glide down onto its foot to get three Quills

4 Quills (115/150)

Get back up to the robot and get onto its head. There are four Quills nestled on the right side of its head, on its ear(?).

4 Quills (119/150)

The next set of Quills is found while helping the NPC Schell destroy the Blamphibian homeworld. She can be found on the island’s beach with the robot, near an orange force field.

Make your way through all of the force fields to reach an elevator up to a large structure above you. Near the elevator are four Quills.

3 Quills (122/150)

Once you have successfully blown up the planet as part of Schell’s mission, go back down the elevator and hop across the floating rocks with tongue hookshot points to find the planet’s ring partially submerged in the ocean. Roll up the ring to reach a floating platform with a Mark fast travel point on it and a basin full of enemies and wooden crates in it.

On the far side of the platform are three Quills.

3 Quills (125/150)

Go to the right of the Mark fast travel point over a wooden bridge to another part of the floating platform to see three more Quills on top of a pipe.

4 Quills (129/150)

Go to the back of this rocky part of the platform and smash some stacked crates to find four Quills on a narrow ledge.

3 Quills (132/150)

Inside one of the porta-potties lining the floating island is a chest with vapor in it. Grab the vapor so you can fly up to the top of the large rock to find a trio of Quills.

3 Quills (135/150)

Time to go back to the pirate ship! Go towards the front of it to find three quills along the bow.

4 Quills (139/150)

At the end of the ship’s bow is a path of floating rocks that takes you to another island with a Mark fast travel point. There are four Quills near a tree on this island.

3 Quills (142/150)

Across from the Mark fast travel point are some wooden crates to smash, revealing a small floating island with four more Quills to collect.

4 Quills (146/150)

To the right of the little island is a path of floating rocks up to a ledge on the nearby building. Go to the left of the molten rock and smash some more crates to find four Quills on the ledge.

4 Quills (150/150)

Go back to the floating island and roll up the ramp to be ambushed by three big spiky ball minions. On the right side of this island are the last four Quills!

Congratulations! You now have all 150 quills in Galleon Galaxy!
