Xbox is about to have a very busy October with 3 first party releases set to release. The first of those titles is Keeper from Double Fine and today the developer revealed on their website what time the game will go live in each region.
The game will launch worldwide at the same time, so no need to move to Australia for this one. For instance it will launch at 11am on Friday October 17th here on the east coast and 8am on the west coast. In London it will be 4pm and so on. You can see a variety of regions in the image below.

We also now know that the game is priced at $29.99USD. Of course it’s also on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for those who use the service.
Keep It Spoiler Free
Double Fine also says that they hope everyone will keep their experience spoiler free. As reviewers get their hands on the game they expect to maybe see some leaks and they don’t want the games mysteries spoiled for you.
“Keeper is a game with discovery and the unexpected at its heart. We’ve gone to great lengths to preserve as much of the mysteries within as possible, for previews, for trailers, all around.
But with just one more week to go until Keeper launches, folks will be starting to get their hands on the game for reviews, etc, and that means there might be early impressions or spoilers that break free! Eeep!” says Double Fine.

This makes a lot of sense for why we haven’t seen the game pushed too hard with marketing it they are trying to keep a big amount of mystery around the game. Nothing sucks more than getting a game you were really looking forward to spoiled so hopefully that won’t happen!
Keeper Dynamic Background
Lastly Xbox also launched a dynamic background for the game. You can learn how to get it here if needed but it’s a pretty simply process and it is a gorgeous background. I personally have been rocking the Doom The Dark Ages back ground for a while now but I am going to make the switch for the Keeper one now.
Will Keeper be on your play list next Friday? We are mere days away from what is looking like an amazing experience on October 17th.
