How to Stop Captain from Putting Out the Fire

This takes place in the fish, and by completing this, you will be able to leave and return to Nana’s house.

After completing all of the steps from the mysterious Carmenza, she will head to the centre island and create a scarecrow-like figure with a football (soccer) ball for a head.

Captain really doesn’t want this to be ablaze

After some dialogue, Carmenza will set the figure on fire and Captain will keep throwing a bucket of water over it to extinguish the flames.

To ensure the fire keeps burning, you’ll need to find some of Renato’s special juice that will keep the fire burning. He will tell you about that here:

Head back into the cave where you have spoken to him before and grab the bottle he’s left there:

Bring it back and drop it into the Captain’s bucket when she’s got her back turned. When she next douses the figure, it’ll go up in a blaze of glory, and your path to leaving the mechanical fish is clear.

Once you’re out of the fish, you can head back to Nana’s, and the crew from the fish will bid you farewell!
