Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Comes to PS5 Fall 2025

During today’s State of Play showcase, we got confirmation of the latest Xbox Games Studios game that will come to PlayStation.

Following Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Pentiment and many others, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 will launch on PlayStation 5 before the end of the year.

The technical showcase from Asobo is the most advanced flight simulators ever created and has been on Xbox Series and PC since last year. We reviewed Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on launch saying “Its expansive content, realism, and immersive gameplay make it a step up from the 2020 outing”, despite its well documented bugs at the time.

Since launch the game has continued to see a wealth of support including new planes, new airports and more fully realised real-world locations.

Also confirmed is PSVR2 support which will follow at a later date. No further information was provided during the showcase.

The game continues to be in Xbox Game Pass for Xbox Series and PC.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 arrives on PlayStation soon. Are you planning to pickup the new release? Where would be your first flight on the game? Let us know in the comments below and stick with GSC for more on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
