With 6 years since the last mainline entry in the legendary first-person looter-shooter series, Borderlands 4’s release is only days away! Gearbox has revealed the global release dates and times for Borderlands 4 with a classic world map image.

It’s a strange release for two reasons. The first is the timing, which sees half of the world able to start playing the game on Thursday, September 11th, with the other half having to wait till the following day to start their adventure on Kairos.

The other interesting facet of Borderlands 4’s release is the staggered launch structure, with Vault Hunters on PC getting access before nearly all of the console players, some of whom will have to wait a full 12 hours more than their PC counterparts.
Nevertheless, we don’t have to wait long before thousands of Vault Hunters get their hands on more guns than you can shake a severed psycho’s arm at!
