This Crime Scene Cleaner – All Night Radio achievement guide will help you find all of the music disks located in the new Nightmare Title Update.
Bad Call – “Sapphire“
Head up to the attic. On the right side, next to the attic hatch, you'll find a locked door.
Hanging on the wall beside it are four pictures. Each picture points you toward a location with a translucent camera. You'll need to visit each one and take a picture:
- Body hanging in the attic
- Hidden apartment - Enter the building, go up the first set of stairs, follow the hallway all the way to the end, and turn left. The room is blocked off with plywood.
- Secret rooftop spot - From the hidden apartment, leave the room and go up the stairs to the next floor. This room has a rug and some open windows. Head to the left window, crouch, and jump out onto the ledge. The secret area is to the left.
- Courtyard behind the truck
Once you've taken all four pictures, go back to the attic door. It will unlock, and the disk will be inside.
Trial by Blood – “Ruby“
- To the left of the sacrifice room hanging on a light is an M034 keycard door.
- Go to the Men’s locker room and open locker M034 to find the W018 locker keycard.
- Go to the Women’s locker room and open locker W018 to get the disk.
Toxic Love - "Emerald"
- From the start of the level, head up the stairs in front of you to the second floor.
- As soon as you turn the corner, you'll see a mannequin pointing at a door.
- Open the door next to it and drop through the hole in the floor into another room.
- To the left of the desk, press the switch (it can be hard to see in the lighting).
- This will open a secret room with the disk inside.
Short Circuit - "Malachite"
- Go upstairs, turn left, and enter the first room on the right. Inside you'll see a dead guy floating on a chair with a shotgun pointed at him.
- Exit through the window in this room and look left. You'll see a rock with a flag and an astronaut.
- To reach it:
- Jump to the rock straight ahead.
- Turn left and jump to the rock with the duck.
- Jump again to the rock with the flag.
- The disk is on this rock island.
Italian Job - "Diamond"
- Your goal is to reach the grandma's apartment from the original mission. First, you'll need a key to unlock the gate.
- Head into the pizza restaurant and go into the main dining area.
- To the left of the stage, enter the washroom. Open the stall door on the left side, clear the pizza boxes, and pick up the key from the floor.
- Take the key outside into the alley and unlock the gate.
- From here, climb the pipes on the side of the building to reach the open second-floor window (grandma's apartment). The room now looks like an art museum.
- Around the room, you'll find paintings and wall symbols representing the 10 missions. Match the paintings to the correct mission. Once all are placed correctly, the music box in the center of the room will open, giving you the disk.

- Call in Dead - Creativity is an Art of Hiding the Influence
Affair with Death - "Amber"
This mission in Nightmare mode is one big puzzle of codes, keys, and gates. To get the disk, you'll need to reach the outdoor pool area and complete a Rubber Ducky puzzle.
Step-by-step:
- Start in the bathroom. Open the storage box to get a door handle, then use it to exit.
- Gate with keypad → Code: 7534.
- Next gate has a keypad + key lock. To get the key:
- Enter the bedroom to the right.
- Clean and replace the knocked-over dresser.
- Clean and fix the painting to reveal a hidden key.
- Use this key on the blocked door → balcony → pillow key.
- Use that key on the locked keypad. Code: 2501.
- Go down two sets of stairs → enter the office.
- Keypad → Code: 8190.
- Inside, another keypad → Code: 1234. Opens a wall panel → collect a key in front of the Anubis statue.
- Collect 3 elephants and place them on the pedestal dresser upstairs:
- Red Elephant → office dresser.
- Green Elephant → floor in front of the pedestal.
- White Elephant → (unlock double doors in office with Anubis key) head across driveway to and duck into the garage (unlock code 7048).
- Place them in order: White → Red → Green. Unlocks the Elephant Door.
- Behind Elephant Door: go down two sets of stairs → duck under tipped shelf → keypad 9475.
- Break the fragile wood box → find hidden door handle.
- Backtrack and use the handle up the first flight of stairs → enter the kitchen.
- In the kitchen: head to the gate on the right → keypad 1408 → Living Room. (**the other gate code in the kitchen is 9546 just for mission completion sake)
- TVs puzzle:
- Star = Orange
- Heart = Pink
- Diamond = Green
- Cross = Grey
- Circle = Blue
- Triangle = Pink
- This unlocks the door to the pool.
- TVs puzzle:
- At the pool:
- Drain it using the water control on the left.
- Cross to the basketball court.
- Collect 16 puzzle pieces scattered around the area → complete the Rubber Ducky puzzle on the pegs.
- Once solved, a door opens in the court with the disk.
Friendly Fire - "Amethyst"
- Start in the bathroom. Open the vent and remove a box to find a bell.
- Take the bell to the living room with the tower of boxes. Place it at the open window.
- After a few seconds, a taxi fish will arrive. Interact with it to warp to a black-and-white version of Tyler's apartment.
- Go to the bedroom, remove the plywood from the closet door, and head through.
- Follow the light and walk along the cloud path to the disk.
- Once collected, turn around to ride the taxi fish back.
Party's Over - "Quartz"
- From the start, head straight back and slightly left. With the pool on your left, look for a sacrifice pillar near a cracked door in the chain-link fence (This is the same location as the "Single Ladies" achievement from the original mission, between the unfinished cabin and the pool).
- Go through and duck under rocks to reach an open area. On a bench, you'll find a key on a pillow.
- This key unlocks one of the cabin gates (second gate to the left).
- After unlocking, head right towards the rocks. Follow the path down and through a tunnel door.
- Continue along the linear path, breaking plywood as needed. At the end is the disk.
Modern Art - "Onyx"
- From the start, go through the first portal ahead of you into the museum hub.
- Enter the orange-framed portal → Duck Room.
- Go up the stairs slightly to the right and open the door at the top.
- Inside is a Tron-like hallway. Follow it to the end and look left for a hidden door.
- Enter the labyrinth:
- Go straight, then hug the left wall.
- You'll pass a giant Yellow Rubber Ducky on your right.
- Keep following left until you go upstairs, where the disk is straight ahead.
- To exit, head left and down the stairs to the red door → back to museum hub.
Call in Dead - "Citrine"
- From the start, turn right at the truck and go through the double doors.
- Take a left up the stairs. At the back, flip the switch on the large yellow machine with a red light.
- Head back, follow the conveyor belt into Hall 02.
- In Hall 02: climb the ladder behind the truck → cross boards → drop through hole → flip switch → return.
- This time, go across the boards and left to another yellow machine. Flip it.
- Drop down and follow the conveyor into Hall 03.
- In Hall 03: grab the key near the body under the grates.
- Upstairs, use the crane to lift the yellow container → climb the exposed blue container ladder → unlock gate with key → flip switch.
- Follow the conveyor again into the next area.
- In the next room: climb the ladder at the desk → crawl pipes → break grates/boxes → drop through floor → flip another switch.
- Return, open gate, and continue on the conveyor through Hall 05.
- Before the main office, jump onto the orange pipe beside the conveyor → cross to the black pipes → break a grate → crawl through.
- Inside you'll find the final disk.
