Date Everything has 100 dateables (102 if you get the DLC) to interact with and enhance or destroy relationships with. However, not everyone is as straightforward as the bed or the doors. To help you find the secret characters, or the ones who need additional steps, we’ve made a Hard To Find Dateables Guide for Date Everything!
#21 – Dolly, the Dust Bunny
While Dolly isn't exactly a secret character, she isn't out in the open like many other characters. When you are not wearing the dateviators, interact with the couch. You'll hear her laughter and see a small bunny made of dust appear between the couch and the fireplace. She's a smaller dateable, so be sure you are hovering on her correctly so you don't trigger anyone else to interact with her.
#57 – Willi Work
Willi is another fun one to unlock. Although don't talk about having fun outside of work to Willie. The spirit of work is quite upset that you've lost your job. Well, what can you do? In order to trigger Willi, make sure you have your dateviators on when you open up your workspace app on your phone. Using your dateviators, awaken your digital workspace and meet Willi! You won't see the buttons while you have the work screen open, but it will still work.
#59 – Rongomaiwhenua
Rongomaiwhenua is an interesting dateable to find because you can’t just find her by searching the house on your own. Instead, you’ll need to complete Beau’s storyline. Beau is the boxes you can find in the closets and this quest will also involve Captain Jacques the pirate. You can find Captain Jacques in the ship in the bottle above the fireplace. Since this is a storyline, it will take you a few days before you find her and add her to your date-a-dex.

#70 – Hero Hime
Hero Hime may be the last dateable many people find. That is because you’ll have to already be realizing, not just awakening, your dateables. After 10 dateables have been realized (brought to life), Sam will then send you a text message about bringing Hero Hime to life. Sam doesn’t want you to just awaken the figure; Sam wants a real-life anime character in the world. Once you get that text message, you’ll see a new figure on your dresser…or bugged dresser. Feel free to interact with the anime figure with the dateviators on and you’ve found Sailor Moon… I mean Hero Hime!
#93 – Airyn
Airyn is the embodiment of the air you breathe. And also a bit of a pain to find. Make sure the temperature of your house is set to cold so you can see the air coming through the vents. She will appear in a different room each time. Airyn also doesn’t sit for a long time, so when you see her, be sure to awaken her as soon as possible. She responds best to silence as well, so “…” options can be helpful with her.
#94 – Textbox-Chan
The text box at the bottom isn’t just for you to read along or read instead of listening to the fantastic voice acting. The text box is also a dateable! She’s working hard, so make sure you show her some love. In order to do so, open up your phone, click on any area that will have a text box pop up, and then awaken that box! We recommend clicking on “Main Menu” then awakening textbox-chan!
#95 – Sassy Chap
Sassy Chap isn't just the name of the development company. In fact, he's a dateable in his own right. In order to unlock him, you'll need to start up the credits on your phone with the dateviators on. This doesn't end the game, but it does provide you with the opportunity to access this secret character.
#97 – XXXShadowLord420XXX
Finding Shadowlord can be fairly easy or difficult if you're paying lots of attention. The attention to detail is most important to find Shadowlord, or just follow this guide. If you look closely, you'll see that the shadow created by the globe (also a dateable) isn't quite right. Focus on the shadow and meet this creature of the darkness!
#98 – Doug – Existential Dread
You have to quiet all the voices around you. Turn your brain off. Clear your mind. Let the intrusive thoughts take over. Also, be sure you’re staring at the wall across from the dining room table in the hallway. Once you have the wall mostly in view, don’t click on anything. Don’t move around. Just sit and wait for the dread to creep in.
#99 – Nightmare
Nightmare is an interesting one because you won’t actually be using the dateviators for this one. Nightmare is also technically the sixth dateable you’ll interact with on the day. The best way to trigger Nightmare is to make sure your last interaction of the day is with Kopi, the coffee maker. Make sure you drink coffee before going to bed. Coffee after midnight will disrupt your sleep in all the best (or worst) ways.
#100 – Regina “Reggie” Rejection
This is going to be tough for many people who love to be loved. Regina Rejection only appears when you trigger hate endings. So if you want to complete your date-a-dex, you will need to ensure that at least one character hates you. Once you trigger the hate ending from a character, which is also the fastest way to get endings with many of them, you'll get a visit from Reggie.
