As co pre-orders go live for RoboCop's latest fray into the video game world we have new details on RoboCop Rogue City: Unfinished Business and some new foes for RoboCop.
In a character trailer released today we get to meet the games antagonist, Cassius Graves. Graves is the leader of a mercenary group who have taken over the OmniTower. The OmniTower, which is the latest residential project from OCP, was built to house a massive amount of residents in Old Detroit.
Graves is quite charismatic and rules with an iron fist amongst his mercenaries. His very personal and radical vision of Justice makes him a unique and dangerous foe for not only the entire city but RoboCop himself.
We are also introduced to Graves right-hand man, Douglas Cole. Cole is described as the perfect mercenary. He doesn't care about Justice or anything else, he is driven purely by the highest bidder of his services.
Lastly we are introduced to one of the characters here to help RoboCop, Miranda Hale. Hale is a former OCP scientist who has a lot of knowledge about the OmniTower. While her motives are enigmatic she will help provide RoboCop with valuable intel about the tower as well as help him rescue civilians trapped inside.
Of course it isn't all about new characters. Players will also see plenty of familiar characters such as Officer Anne Lewis, RoboCop’s loyal partner, Sergeant Warren Reed and robot ED-209.
Pre-Orders Now Live
As well as this new trailer Nacon has announced that pre-orders are now live for RoboCop Rogue City: Unfinished business. The game is a little over a month away releasing on July 17th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X and PC. Additionally, it's also been announced to be coming to Mac at a later date.
Those who pre-order will get some in game bonuses in the form of the Prime Directives Pack. While this pack is only a couple character skins and a weapon skin it is cool for fans, especially the frosted RoboCop armor.
RoboCop Rogue City: Unfinished Business is a sequel to RoboCop Rogue City developed by Studio Teyon. Unfinished Business takes place directly after Rogue City and sits between the RoboCop 2 & 3 films.
As we learned earlier this will be the first time in a game players will be able to play as Alex Murphy as RoboCop works to clear the OmniTower. Unfinished Business will feature new guns as well as RoboCop's trusty Auto-9.
