The Precinct has a lot of various things to collect. There's cars, jumps, artifacts and plaques. In this guide we will help you find all 20 plaques for the Historian achievement/trophy.
You can obtain all of these once you've progressed far enough into the game to unlock the full map, which doesn't take long. Then just choose any patrol or create a custom one and go out hunting for these.
Plaque #1 – ACPD Precinct
The first plaque is at the back of the Precinct itself. Either head out the back door or use the front door and head to the back of the building. On the corner of the building near the back door is the plaque.
Plaque #2 – Averno Industrial Steel Mill
Head to the subway station in northern Brookhaven. Just to the left of it will be a plaque on the wall of the steel mill.
Plaque #3 – Eastern Averno City Bridge
Head to the bridge in Lacoima Bay. You will see a building on the right side of the bridge where the plaque will be.
Plaque #4 – The Colosseum
Head across the bridge from the previous plaque into the northern section of Averno. This plaque will be on the eastern side of the building next to some double doors.
Plaque #5 – Hotel Rouge
Head to Sunnyside now. On the western side you will see a hotel with a bunch of flags and brown awnings over the windows. Next to the door is the plaque.
Plaque #6 – Jammy’s Donuts
Head to the subway station Boddicker Yard. Next to the station is Jammy’s Donut shop. The plaque is on the shops window.
Plaque #7 – The Roxy Lounge
We’re now heading to the Peep Show in Carlito. Its on a curve in the road and you should see a couple horse statues for a reference point. In between the Peep Show and a record shop is the plaque.
Plaque #8 – Serenity Park
Go to Serenity Park and enter from the west side of the park. The plaque is on a large tree at the top of some stairs on the right hand side.
Plaque #9 – Averno City’s Museum of Local History
Head to the museum in the eastern section of Dutch Exchange pretty much across the street from plaque 8. The plaque is next to the enterance to the museum.
Plaque #10 – Beale Broadcast
This is also in the Dutch Exchange. Head to the subway station where you will see an ACTV building to the right of the station. On the corner of the building will be the plaque next to the Averno Sentinel sign.
Plaque #11 – Electric Avenue Theatre
Head to the northern part of Shermer Court on Electric Avenue. You will see a theatre next to Joe’s Games & Hardware. The plaque is to the left of the theatre door.
Plaque #12 – Averno City Docks
Head to the northern most dock in the Carver Port. Stop at the gate before heading into the dock and the plaque will be on the wall to the right of the gate on the large red building.
Plaque #13 – Western Averno City Bridge
Head towards the Longmile Bridge. On the left-hand side, you will see a green roofed building. The plaque is on the wall of the building.
Plaque #14 – Averno City’s First R.A.A.T Station
Cross the bridge back into southern Averno and head to the subway station in South Shore. The plaque will be right next to the subway station.
Plaque #15 – Helipad
Take the highway towards Pilgrim’s Lookout. On the right-hand side along the waterfront, you will see a dock. On the small building here with the billboard on top will be the plaque.
Plaque #16 – Coastal Seating Area
Continue into Pilgrim’s Lookout and head to the corner of the map near Slipwater Yard at the curve in the road. Hop out of your car and you will see a little booth like building in the parking lot here. The plaque will be on the other side of the booth.
Plaque #17 – Chinatown
Head to Chinatown now and head to the large stairway. At the bottom of the stairs is the plaque.
Plaque #18 – St. Harry’s Hospital
Head to the hospital near Baltimore Terrace. To the left of the emergency entrance will be the plaque by the phone booth.
Plaque #19 – Founder’s Bank
Head to Mercer Heights to the Averno City Bank. The bank will have 2 lion statues in the front. To the left of the bank is a parking lot and a side entrance to the bank. The plaque is to the left of the side entrance door.
Plaque #20 – Averno Guardians
Head to the middle of Central Plaza. There is a large statue right in the middle of the area The plaque is on the side of the statue.
