The Precinct is filled with many different forms of collectibles. From artifacts and historical plaques to perhaps the most exciting collectibles, rare cars. These rare cars are quite difficult to find, but with our guide you will be able to commandeer them with ease.
Before we get started on their locations though we need to cover how to commandeer them. In order to commandeer vehicles in The Precinct you must learn the commandeer skill in the skill tree. This can be found in the far-right section of the skill tree. Thankfully this won’t take long to unlock as it is one of the first skills you can unlock in that section. After a night or 2 of patrols you should be able to learn the skill.
With the skill now in your possession you can head out into Averno City and find the cars. There are 10 rare cars in the game needed for the “Hidden In The Hood” achievement or trophy. Keep in mind these 10 rare cars also count towards the “We’ll Pay For The Damage” achievement/trophy as well.
Now while hunting these rare cars down, we suggest doing a custom patrol and doing the max length of time. This isn’t needed of course but it is your best option, this way you can just focus on the cars for a shift or two.
The Patriot
The Patriot is probably the first car you will find if you have been looking on your own as it is very close to the Averno police station. Head south from the station and take the first left. Where the road curves, hop out of your car and head to a little parking lot near a brown building. Under the sheet metal will be The Patriot.

Midnight Inferno
The Midnight Inferno is located in Brookhaven close to the subway station. You can park in the large parking lot right next to the station. From there head north and hop the fence. Under some sheet metal will be the Midnight Inferno car.

FrostFire
Head over to the Ramona South District. The FrostFire will be under some, you guessed it, sheet metal just south of the race that is here near the highway section.

The Fugitive
Pretty much right smack dab in the middle of Richbury South you will find The Fugitive next to a dumpster. If you are using the wording as a guide on the map you will pretty much end up directly above the “u” in Richbury.

Emerald Strike
From the previous car head to the northern tip of the South Shore along the waterfront. There will be a small grey building here and in behind it will be the car. This will be the last car in the southern section of Averno.

Extra Woodie
As mentioned, head on up to North Averno and head to Carver Port. In Carver Port head to the northern dock and enter it. As soon as you get into the dock look to your right to find the car.

Cobalt Stallion
Head north from the previous car up into Shermer Court. Directly under the word “Shermer” on your map is where you will want to head. You will see a yellow parts shop. Just in behind this shop will be the classic car.

Red 77
Head north again from the previous car, to the most north west corner of the map. You should notice some large billboards here. Climb the fence to the other side and you will find the car between some cargo crates and a building.

Stampede
Head east now from the previous car over to Sunnyside. Head towards the subway station where you will find a parking lot. Head north in the parking lot. Again using the names on the map, you are looking to go directly above the first “S” in Sunnyside. You should see the car to your left under the sheet metal.

Gran Detroit Turbo
Head south from the previous car now to Little Italy. Near the waterfront you will see a coffee shop called Dutchies. Head to the back of Dutchies through the alley and you will spot the car.

This should be your last rare car and unlock you the Hidden in the Hood achievement/trophy! If you need anymore achievements/trophies or collectibles in The Precinct look below for more links as Gamer Social Club has you covered!
