Here is what the game’s press release had to say:
“Plan the train route for the world’s spookiest theme park! All the passengers are just dying to ride the Spooky Express.
Different monsters have different rules: Vampires must be taken to coffins, zombies to grave pits, and humans to the park exit. But a monster next to a human will scare or bite them, turning them into one of their own kind.
It's up to you to keep this grave situation on track.”
For those of you not familiar with Sokoban puzzle games, or sliding block puzzle games, here is a short description. Sokoban is a type of puzzle game where the player pushes boxes or crates around a grid-based level to place them on specific target locations. There may be slight variations on the rules for each game, but they all require the player working out the correct order of moves.

From the creators of A Monster's Expedition, A Good Snowman is Hard to Build, and The Electrifying Incident, Spooky Express is the follow-up to the award-winning puzzle game, Cosmic Express.
The game will feature over 100 levels consisting of countless monsters, maps, and mechanics that will grow in complexity as you progress.
While it may be a few months before the scary season commences, it’s lovely to know that there is a treat waiting for us in Spooky Express when October arrives.
