While traversing the Stone Wave Cliffs, the last region in Act 1 of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, there is another of those strange doors leading to the mysterious mansion we’ve been visiting. It can be a bit tricky to find, and you’ll want to be ready for a fight before walking across the threshold. With that in mind, here is our Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Manor Bedroom Guide.

Make your way through this gorgeous region until you enter a small tunnel that opens up to an expedition 56 flag in a huge, dark cavern. These are the Tide Caverns. Continue forward and cross the gap with the hookshot to find one of those golden ropes going down through a small hole in the floor.

Take the rope down and you’ll be at the bottom of the cavern, with a few enemies wandering around. Head to the right and keep your eyes open for another gold rope going down through a second hole in the ground, it’s behind a mini-boss called Rocher.

The room/cave below is where the Manor door, but a boss, the Golden Chevalier, guards it. This menace is weak to Dark, so make sure to have Sciel in your party and try to have Dark weapons equipped if possible.

Once you’ve beaten the boss, you are free to go through the Manor door.

You’ll find yourself in a small bedroom with the door leading to the rest of the Manor behind you. Approach the wardrobe and interact with it to receive the “Skirt” outfit for Maelle!

Head to the Manor’s main door to return to the Tide Caverns.
