You’ll find this hidden achievement during Mission #8: Party’s Over.
There’s a secret pathway obscured by shrubbery between the pool area on the left and the construction site on the right. Head down the walkway in this area until you spot a fern on the left and a bunch of balloons on the right.
Walk all the way to the end and straight through the fern-you’ll enter a hidden path. Follow this path all the way and make sure to duck at the end to discover a super secret area and unlock the Single Ladies achievement/trophy.
