Bethesda let us know last year that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle would only be Xbox exclusive for a short time. Today they gave it an official release date on the PlayStation 5 of April 17th.

The game will have both standard and premium editions, as did the Xbox and PC versions of the game. Those who purchase the premium edition will get early access starting on the 15th as well as other pack ins. Those Premium edition pack ins will include the following:
- The Last Crusade Pack
- Travelling Suit Outfit
- Lion Tamer Whip
- Temple Of Doom Outfit
- The Order Of Giants Story DLC
- Digital Artbook
- 2 Days Early Access
Interestingly there is a collectors edition and it is mostly the same as the Xbox collectors edition with one major difference. The collectors edition will actually ship with a disc, where as the Xbox version shipped with a code.

Indy’s Grand Return
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was a triumphant return of Indy in gaming. The first game in the franchise since Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues in 2009, many wondered how it would be received. Developer MachineGames delivered and then some.

In our review we gave the game an amazing 9.5 saying “it blends its various gameplay styles together quite well, has an enjoyable story with a great cast of characters that finally gives Indiana Jones his definitive game without ironically being a carbon copy of the two gaming franchises he inspired heavily.” It also won our action-adventure game of the year in our awards.
Where things go from here we will just have to wait and see. MachineGames also has the Wolfenstein games to work on, however it sounds like there may be more Indiana Jones games in the future.
