While Split Fiction doesn't feature too much in the way of collectibles, it does feature a very important one. Benches. The benches are an Easter egg to Hazelight's first game, Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons. The game has 6 benches we need to find and sit on and this guide will help you get them all.

Bench 1/6

Chapter 2: Big City Life

The first bench is found pretty much at the beginning of Chapter 2: Big City Life. It's also probably the easiest to find as it's directly on the path you need to take to progress anyway.

You will head to the rooftop patio of the Skyray building and you will launch yourself across a huge gap to land on a balcony on the other side. On this balcony is the first bench to interact with.

Bench 2/6

Chapter 3: Halls Of Ice

During the hall of ice section of chapter 3 you will enter a giant castle after opening a door. Immediately upon entering the castle take a left. At the far left side of the castle will be the second bench. Sit on it for it to count.

Chapter 4: Soaring Desperados

Once you get through the sections with your jetpack you will drop them off at pedestal. Infront of you will be the coloured gates you must pass through.

Once you go through said gates keep to the left along the wall and windows. At the end of this little path will be the third bench. Sit on it, look out the window and enjoy the little cutscene.

Bench 4/6

Chapter 5: Water Temple

You will get to a section where the players have to split up and help each other. Once player 2 helps player 1 by dropping a hook down to lift them up higher and reunite the players you will jump up to the next section. To the left looking out over the ledge will be a stone bench. Sit for your 4th bench.

Bench 5/6

Chapter 6: Waste Depot

You will get to a section where player 1 is controlling a moving platform to carry player 2 safely across the toxic sledge. At the end of this section you will both jump to solid ground once again.

Climb up the hill and you will see a container that player one is supposed to hack to progress the story. Before doing so look to the right of the container to find the 5th bench. Have both players sit on it and enjoy the scene before moving on.

Bench 6/6

Chapter 7: Mosaic Of Memories

You will get to a section where you need to light something up using the bird. Doing so will give you light platforms and player 2 can use the fish to rotate the platforms that you need to jump across. At the end of the path once you get to solid ground again the bench will be at the edge of the cliff.

This should be your final bench unlocking the Sisters: A Tale Of Two Besties achievement/trophy. If you've been following all our guides in order this will likely be your last achievement/trophy outside of BFF's for completing the game. You are almost there!
