Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 has been one of 2025's best games so far and is an early front runner for game of the year. Today developer Warhorse released the hotly anticipated patch 1.2.
Warhorse has been talking up this patch for a little while now, specifically the addition of the barber to help players keep Henry looking fresh. You can find the barber in Zhelejov and Kuttenberg. Of course that's not all this patch is about but it is the big new addition.

Outside of that there's plenty of fixes and performance improvements. While most of the performance fixes are minor in nature, ie better lighting during alchemy and how rabbits react to Mutt, some are much more noteworthy, especially in the balancing. They've increased damage given during combos and balancing mini games like the blacksmithing.
With Deliverance 2 having hit 2 million sales last month just days after release (it's likely surpassed 3 or 4 million already) it's likely safe to say Warhorse will continue to work on the game as it's proven a commercial and critical success.
It should also be noted just how big this patch is. On the PlayStation side of things it's a whopping 55GB update and the patch notes is so long we aren't even going to attempt to list them all here. The Xbox version hasn't received the patch yet but should soon.
