The Wasteland is set to look pretty ghoulish with the arrival of Fallout 76’s next seasonal update! Appropriately named ‘Glow of the Ghoul’, Season 20 is arriving on March 18th, alongside the Ghoul Within major update.
In a post published on the official Fallout website, the team at Bethesda made it pretty clear for anyone still not sure what to expect. “Glow of the Ghoul is all about the Ghouls. This theme is for the mutated, the irradiated, the glowing and the feral of the wasteland. Even if you're not going the way of the ghoul, be sure to decorate your C.A.M.P. in the most radiation-ridden and dilapidated way to make all your ghoulfriends feel at home. Toxic waste looks good in any C.A.M.P.”
Alongside a trailer breaking everything down, the post includes a calendar, detailing upcoming events happening in the freshly irradiated Wasteland from March through to Ghoul, I mean June!

Of course, no Fallout 76 Season would be complete without some themed rewards! Not only will Wastelanders be able to turn themselves into Ghouls, but they will have the opportunity to dress and decorate to match. Hazmat suits (a fashion staple for the season) along with several glowing props will be up for grabs, just be careful what you touch!

While it is likely to be sometime before we get another installment in the Fallout series, there looks to be an alternative, developed by Rebellion. Set on “the other side of the pond” is Atomfall, arriving March 27th on PC, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One & Series, and Xbox Game Pass.
