Karma: The Dark World Has A Release Date, Is PlayStation and PC Exclusive

I have been impatiently waiting for this day, and I’m happy to report that Karma: The Dark World finally has a release day and I couldn’t be happier that mother is finally here (play the demo).

A release trailer was posted on YouTube today, February 17th along with a post on Twitter/X, that dates the release of the game for March 27th, 2025, exclusively on Playstation 5 and PC through Steam and Epic games.

Prepare to meet Mother

Incase you haven’t been following our coverage of the game thus far, Karma: The Dark World has been described as “a first-person cinematic psychological horror game set in 1984, that challenges you to investigate the deepest secrets of suspects minds in a world of espionage and betrayal.” Wired Productions has also said it’s heavily inspired by the works of David Lynch and Kojima (I can confirm this to be true).

"Wired Productions has always championed storytellers who push the boundaries and craft compelling narratives. Yonghe Wang and Pollard Studio team have raised the bar and have delivered a rollercoaster assault on the senses, in an abstract, surreal, dark yet hauntingly beautiful cinematic gaming masterpiece" said Leo Zullo, Managing Director at Wired Productions. "If Kojima, Christopher Nolan and the late and great David Lynch ever had the chance to work on a project from China, KARMA: The Dark World might just be the end result."

For those of you on Playstation 5, that version of the game will have full-featured PSSR Integration for enhanced image clarity, along with improved reflections and distance rendering, providing solid 60fps performance at 4K as well as other PlayStation 5 Pro enhancements.

Will you be dropping in on March 27th to what mother and the bureau are up to? Feel free to drop a comment below.
