After the less than average release of Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator, the team at Aesir Interactive have been hard at work pushing out some fixes to the problems some Paramedics are having.
I reviewed Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator upon release and while I didn't have any major problems, I did run into some optimisation issues.
Aesir Interactive are aware of these issues and have deployed a large patch to address some of the optimalisation issues and some quality-of-life changes.

What sort of Paramedic would I be if I didn't strap my boots on, grab my stretcher and head back out to the streets to save some lives?

Like I said before, I didn't have any major problems with my experience of Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator. No matter how much I unlocked of the 36 different possible callouts I kept getting the same 3 or 4, House fire, Anxiety and some sort of accident. This led to me not being able to use any of the cool new pieces of equipment it was unlocking.
Straight away, I noticed changes. I started getting callouts to different parts of the city as well as different accidents. One of my grips was there is so much traffic which led to me getting stuck in gridlock traffic jams. Both car and pedestrian traffic density have been lowered, leading to a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, I have run into a problem with the Patient Protocol Tablet now. The category and Interim Diagnosis system don't align to the incident. Everything is categized as anxiety. I arrived at an inscident with a sharp tool.
The patient was Covered in blood and burns. I got him into the Ambulance. The tablet told me he was suffering from a panic attack. So, I treated him for the burns and took him to the hospital and.... Wrong. Game wanted me to treat him for anxiety.

While this hotfix has solved some issues in Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator, it has also created others. I will keep you updated as further information becomes available.
