Space Marine 2 Passes Six Million Players

Warhammer 40,000 : Space Marine 2 has hit a major milestone, as Focus entertainment announces that the game has surpassed 6 million players.

Launching in September of 2024, the game received pretty good reviews, earning an 8/10 in our review, and proved popular with gamers quickly, attracting over 2 million players within its first 24 hours and 4.5 million players by the next month. With a gripping campaign that captures the scale of Warhammer 40,000, added co-op Expeditions and a vicious PvP mode, Space Marine 2 has proven a hit with diehard fans, and swelled the ranks of this grimdark franchise.

It’s nice to see the game going strong still as I saw many people put Space Marine 2 as a game of the year contender, and know many within the Gamer Social Club enjoyed the game, earning the Shooter of the Year at the GSC 2024 Game of the Year Awards.

Congratulations to Focus entertainment and Saber for delivering one hell of a game. Hopefully I can actually get to finishing the game myself this year( the curse of the backlog never ends for a gamer.)

Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 is available now for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and windows. Perhaps those who haven’t grabbed it will decide to now.
