Bandai Namco has recently announced on Twitter/X that Dragon Ball DAIMA content is coming to multiple Dragon Ball games! As fans know, this is most likely to cross-promote with the recent release of Dragon Ball DAIMA which started airing on October 11th. The series has proven to be massively popular among fans so it’s a no brainer to start adding DAIMA content to the Dragon Ball games!

Let’s start off with the most expected announcement first. It was already known that DLC 2 and DLC 3 of Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO were going to contain DAIMA characters beforehand. However, Bandai Namco has revealed on Twitter/X the first 2 characters from DLC 2 to be Vegeta (Mini) and Glorio with more to be revealed soon! DLC 3’s characters have yet to be revealed.

Now we get into the unexpected territory. Bandai Namco has revealed on Twitter/X a Dragon Ball DAIMA themed DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot titled “Adventure Through the Demon Realm Part 1.” The trailer shows a young Goku excited to explore the new Demon Realm. If past DLC releases for Dragon Ball: Kakarot are any indicator, fans can expect to see new characters, forms, super attacks, and story content based on Dragon Ball DAIMA.

Finally, the strangest announcement of all, Bandai Namco announced on Twitter/X that Goku (Mini) will soon be joining the roster of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2! Goku (Mini) will be included in the Future Saga Chapter 2 DLC as a playable character. Jiren and God of Destruction Belmond have been revealed to be part of the Future Saga Chapter 2 DLC as well!
Sadly, Bandai Namco has not revealed any DAIMA content for Dragon Ball FighterZ as of writing this. Bandai Namco has also not revealed any release dates for the DAIMA content coming soon to Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
