Crow Country Coming To Nintendo Switch

As if this spooky time of year needed to get more spooky, SFB Games today announced that their critically acclaimed indie hit Crow Country will be heading to the Nintendo Switch in time for Halloween.

Releasing on October 16th, Crow Country, which is already out on all other major platforms, brings its PlayStation 1 inspired game play to the Switch. It is a true love letter to the 90’s style of horror games.

Crow Country nailed the 90’s aesthetic

“We’re really excited for Crow Country to release on Switch, I think it’s an excellent fit for the console. After our very successful launch earlier this year, we really want the game to be available to everyone! And surely there’s no better time to pick up Crow Country than Halloween.” says Adam Vian, Creative Director at SFB Games.

Crow Country will always hold a special place in our hearts here at Gamer Social Club as it was our first game we ever got to review ahead of release in the history of our company. Our own review gave the game an 8.5 saying “Crow Country has a genuinely compelling narrative with some very charming writing.”

We were also lucky enough to chat with the developer back before its release back in May. If you’d like to learn more about the inspiration behind Crow Country you can find that interview here.

When Crow Country releases on the Switch on October 16th it will have a price of £16.75 / €19,49 / $19.99.
