Theme park tycoons rejoice! You won't have to wait much longer to build the newest amusement park of your dreams as today Frontier has announced the release date for Planet Coaster 2.
Planet Coaster 2 will be launching on November 6th for PC, Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5. The game will cost £39.99/$49.99/€49.99 for the standard edition. The Deluxe Edition, retailing at £54.99/$64.99/€64.99, includes the Vintage Funfair Ride Pack - a collection of 10 charming attractions ranging from the nostalgic Grand Carousel to traditional wooden coasters. Players who pre-order Planet Coaster 2 now will receive three enthralling rides in the Bonus Ride Collection at launch.
The game is a sequel to the 2016 game and sees many new features and upgrades. The most notable change is the addition of water parks. Of course there are also many new tools to help create the park of your dreams as well, and Frontier has said the level of customization of roller coasters and other rides will be unlike anything seen in the theme park gaming genre.
Of course it wouldn't be a theme park game without the management aspect of running your park. To that end Frontier says it will be easier than ever to navigate menus and help you become an expert theme park manager.
