Early Access in gaming has become a popular trend of late as publishers look to squeeze a bit more money out of gamers who just can't wait to play the next big game. However Activision has confirmed that this years Call Of Duty, Black Ops 6 will not feature early access to its campaign.

Speaking to CharlieIntel the company has confirmed that the company will not be following in its own footsteps of the last years Modern Warfare 3 and will not allow early access to the campaign. The statement to CharlieIntel reads:
"The team is fully focused on October 25th. We are excited about all the game has to offer across Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies. This year, we made the decision to ensure the community gets to dig in to any and all modes that they want at the same time, so we are back to one massive global launch moment October 25th. As such, there is no Early Access beat this year for Black Ops 6, just the countdown to launch."
Black Ops 6 is the first ever Call Of Duty to launch into Game Pass so it's quite possible that has affected this decision in focusing on one global launch time. The game recently completed its multiplayer beta (you can check out our thoughts here) and will be ready to launch on all platforms except for the Nintendo Switch on October 25th.
