Are you interested in playing the first Fallout game but not a fan of turn based combat or maybe not big on retro PC Gaming? Well, there’s a Fallout based mod you need to know about.

Today it was announced via Twitter/X and through the official Vault 13 discord that the demo for the mod has a release date of August 8th at 9PM eastern standard time.

For those wondering, what the mod basically aims to do is take the original Fallout game and drop it in Fallout 4s game engine to make the gameplay more modern.

Much like with the recently released Fallout London mod, this requires a lot of work. They’re basically building a game from scratch, so the date for the full mod is likely a ways away.
