In a bit of a surprise move Sony PlayStation has decided to open up this weekends Early Access beta to its upcoming game Concord to all PS Plus members starting tomorrow.
The Concord Early Access Beta was originally supposed to only be for those who pre-ordered the game before an open beta for everyone next weekend. The early access beta will run July 12th-14 before the open beta opens up July 18th and runs until the 21st.

Those interested on PlayStation 5 can pre-download the beta now so they are ready to go once it goes live. The beta will have three different modes available, Clash Point, Trophy Hunt and Cargo Run, as well as all 16 launch characters unlocked and available to customize.
Should you decide to partake in the beta you will get exclusive in game items once the game does launch in August. Those items are a Frog Weapon Charm, a Star Flare Icon and Business Card.

While the games reveal received a mixed reception from fans media that have been able to go hands on with it so far have came away with mostly positive things to say. Hopefully the beta will help change fans minds on the game.
Concord is the debut game from Firewalk Studio and is described as a 5v5 team-based shooter, where players compete as "˜freegunners' and have to take on opposing teams. Concord releases on PlayStation 5 and PC August 23rd.
