While a little late to the party for Summer Games Fest, Nintendo has announced today that they will be holding their next Nintendo Direct Event tomorrow, June 18th starting at 10am EST, 7am PST.

The direct is set to feature "games coming in the second half of 2024" and will have zero mention of the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. The show is expected to be about 40 minutes long.

Considering we know very little about the rest of Nintendo's 2024 plans outside of next weeks Luigi's Mansion 2 HD and next months Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition it will be good to see what they are cooking up for what is quickly becoming a very busy 2024 for new games.

What's going to be interesting is how much they have to show. With the Switch at the end of its life cycle and the Switch 2 likely being a focal point for the company soon you have to wonder if they will be holding most of their cards for the Switch 2.

Either way we don't have much longer to wait to find out!
