If you like knights, slashing bad guys and just overall fun, you’re going to love Big Helmet Heroes. It’s an action adventure 3D beat’em up game developed by Exalted Studios and published by Dear Villagers. Battle the different enemies as you and your crew of knights take them down. Thankful for having the opportunity to preview Big Helmet Heroes for Steam Next Fest.
Big Helmet Heroes can be played in single player or couch co-op, for this preview I only played the single player mode. During the demo I experience a few issues where the game would lag but it did not stop me from enjoying this game. As you play through you free other knights with different weapons and super charge moves and that knight becomes part of your crew. You can switch between knights at any time and while the other knight is not being used he heals from damage. You even interact with the environment and smash boxes, pick different weapons like crossbows, ice guns and pans, yes even a pan.
Overall, I had such a fun and fantastic experience with this game. I enjoyed it so much I played through the demo twice. I can’t wait to play the full release once this game drops, no release date announced. I played the demo on PC. We received a code from Exalted Studios and Dear Villagers. Once again I can’t wait to experience more of Big Helmet Heroes, play the demo now at Steam Next Fest.
