As part of the Warhammer Skulls Showcase earlier today we got a glimpse at some of the modes coming to Warhammer 40k Space Marine 2 which includes some fam favourite PvP modes as well as a new, unannounced PvE mode.
Along with a new trailer for the game we now know that Space Marine 2 will now include Space Marine‘s iconic battles against the Chaos Space Marines in three 6v6 PvP modes (Annihilation, Seize Ground, and Capture & Control).
But perhaps the bigger news is the new addition to the franchise, a co-op mode, letting you slay xenos with up to two friends in three-player “Operations Mode.”
Also unveiled today is that there will be 6 classes to choose from ranging from the unflinching Bulwark and his Combat Shield, to the stealthy Sniper with his Camo Cloak. These options will be available in both PvE and PvP modes and characters will be fully customizable. If you pre order the game or buy the season pass then even more customization options will be available to you.
Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 will be available September 9th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Steam and Epic Games Store.
