Sony have just announced the new monthly titles that will be coming to PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers from 7 May and it’s certainly a good mix of games.
This month, subscribers to PlayStation Plus are getting:
- EA Sports FC 24 Standard Edition (PS4, PS5) – the latest annual edition of ‘the beautiful game’ which includes 19,000 fully licensed players, 700 teams and 30 leagues, including the men’s and women’s UEFA Champions League.
- Ghostrunner 2 (PS5) – the action-platform game developed by One More Level sees you once again embracing one-hit kill combat to truly test you skills whilst performing tricks, with new combat and skills that build on the original entry to the series.
- Tunic (PS4, PS5) – the Zelda-esque isometric adventure game sees you take on tough enemies whilst you search for the missing manual pages to help you understand what the heck’s going on! Incredibly cute fox included.
- Destiny 2: Lightfall – for Destiny 2 owners, you also get the ‘Lightfall’ expansion which takes Guardians to my favourite planet, Neptune, to discover a neon metropolis. With plenty of new rewards and ‘Dark’ powers alongside the new ‘Strand’ subclass, there’s plenty to get your teeth stuck into.
What are we saying? Are you excited to see any of the above games added to the PS+ catalogue?
