It seems at least one of the games Xbox recently announced would be heading to the rival PlayStation 5 is off to a great first voyage.

While this doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to become a smash hit on PlayStation, the fact that it’s currently above some heavy hitters like Dragon’s Dogma 2, the Elden Ring expansion, MLB The Show & Rise Of The Ronin would likely be encouraging for Xbox exec’s about their decision to port it.

Xbox is likely watching how well Sea Of Thieves does on PlayStation to determine if it will bring more games to the platform as while they are porting 3 others, Sea Of Thieves is by far the biggest game. As someone who has hundreds of hours into the game I’m glad more can enjoy this game.

Time will tell if Sea Of Thieves keeps up this momentum and what it will mean for the future of Xbox published games moving forward.
