Original Story
Good news lightsaber rhythm game fans! Daft Punk, the recently disbanded French electronic duo music machines (literally!) are bringing their funky goodness to Beat Saber.
The popular rhythm VR game will see the DLC arrive on 7 March 2024. Although developer Beat Games have yet to reveal which of the group’s tunes will be making it into the DLC, they did reveal a shiny teaser trailer on their social media and YouTube, which you can see below:
It should be noted that although the video above only states the Meta Quest platform, the shorter teasers on Beat Games social media does indicate that it is coming to PlayStation and Steam too.
It’s great to see some new DLC coming to Beat Saber, it can often feel like quite the stretch in between DLC releases, though I expect development of these things aren’t straightforward.
Are you happy to see Daft Punk come to Beat Saber? Which tracks are you hoping are included? Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger for me! Let us know in the comments below.
